The basket and flowers were absolutely beautiful. The delivery was on time and accurate. My order was short notice and rushed. They communicated with me what could be done and adjusted my order to meet my needs. While doing this, they were genuine, professional and kind.

Hello, I’m saddened and surprised to see your review after our phone conversation. I’m leaving this reply so that others looking to order in the future aren’t mislead by this review. As I stated on the phone, your order was delivered as shown in the photo. Arrangement in question is a small basket hung on an easel, when you arrived the basket was on a table. The funeral home that received your order confirmed that it was received as shown on the site. As you requested, I had them call you. A member of their leadership informed me they tried to call you and left a detailed voicemail.

My gf absolutely loves the flowers I buy from pfh these ladies do an amazing job! Also flowers last a while and smell gorgeous! I placed a last minute order right before they closed and they took care of me, they’ll always have my business
